Serendipity

Inspiration comes to me the way sparks catch in the dark—small, fleeting, and unplanned. Like fireflies rising in the night, these moments of light are impromptu, unannounced, but impossible to ignore. They flicker in daily life: a glance, a word, a fragment of memory.

Serendipity is my collaborator. I do not always chase ideas; often, they arrive uninvited, glowing briefly, asking to be caught before they vanish. These sparks remind me that art is not only built from discipline and craft—it is born of chance encounters, of accidents that transform into meaning.

My process honors these moments. I let them guide the sketch, the color, the movement of the piece. Each work becomes a constellation of firefly sparks—ordinary life illuminated, fleeting light made lasting.
