Terms and Conditions

We want you to be thrilled with your artwork. All sales are considered final unless the piece arrives damaged during shipping or is incorrect. If your item is damaged or the wrong product was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery at artbyvictor@victormartinezart.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

If you wish to return an undamaged piece for personal reasons, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery, and you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.

If you’d like your artwork in a different size, medium, or finish (e.g., metal, wood, or alternate canvas), you will be responsible for the cost of reprinting and all associated shipping fees. In such cases, we may offer a 15% courtesy discount on the reprint cost.

Damage claims or special requests must be submitted within the stated time frame. We cannot process claims without photographic proof.
